5.4 Exterior Element Design reserves the right to limit or restrict the quantity of any particular(s)being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

5.5 Exterior Element Design is not responsible for any loss you or a third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order and/or deliver products due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in the order.
