We service the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW regions. Travel surcharges may apply for projects located beyond 50km from our base location.
The initial consultation (approx. 1 hour) includes a property visit, design vision discussion, photos, preliminary recommendations, wishlist and budget review, and a follow-up email summary with a services quote if needed.
Timeframes vary based on the scope of your project. A concept board can typically be delivered within 1–2 weeks, while comprehensive designs may take 4–8 weeks. We'll provide estimated timelines in your initial consultation.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Projects exceeding 30 days may be invoiced progressively. The remaining balance must be paid before final designs are released. We accept PayPal and Stripe.

The consultation includes an on-site property assessment, discussion of your design vision, analysis of site conditions, exploration of style preferences, and budget and timeline discussion. You'll receive comprehensive site notes and preliminary recommendations.
Services can be purchased individually or as part of a custom package. Most clients start with a consultation and then decide which additional services best suit their needs. We're happy to create a tailored package for your specific project.
Timeline varies by service: Consultation (1.5-2 hours), Concept Board (2-3 weeks), 2D Plan (3-4 weeks), and 3D Visualization (4-6 weeks). Custom packages may require additional time depending on project scope.
We focus on the design phase, providing you with comprehensive plans and visualizations. We can recommend trusted contractors and builders in your area, and offer construction oversight services for an additional fee.
We require at least 7 days notice for rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 7 days notice may incur a rescheduling fee. We'll work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule.
We require 50% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon delivery of final materials. Payment plans may be available for larger projects. All quotes are provided in writing before work begins.
Yes, we work with a range of budgets and pride ourselves on maximizing design impact within your investment parameters. During the consultation, we'll discuss realistic expectations and options for your budget.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Each service includes one round of minor revisions. Additional revisions beyond the scope of the original brief may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
We'll send you a pre-consultation questionnaire one week prior to your appointment. Please have any inspiration images, measurements you've taken, and a list of your must-haves ready. It's also helpful to think about your budget range and project timeline.
